Earlier this year a tree fell on the carport of Mrs. Russell. Insurance paid for tree removal and might have paid for damage repair, but no-one picked up the ball at this point. Mrs. Russell is 95 years old and is not able to deal with the problem, although she has a check from the insurance company. I deliver Friendship Trays to her once a week,and most of the agencies that might help, will not accept me as a valid agent for her.

As the year comes to an end, there have been some minor improvements on the property, but they have rejected outside advice. There is nothing else I can do.
