Do you know if the dog is still outside? I’ll bring it water and I’ll call animal control. This is animal cruelty and unacceptable. Totally against the city ordinance.

Bachman, the dog was gone on my Sunday evening walk. I knocked on the neighbors door Saturday evening they said it's a rental property and they chain the dog regularly. I didn't approach the property because the dog barks. It was chained Friday Saturday and Sunday with no water bowl in sight. AC was informed.
