Because of the location of Hogan Middle School, the Street Sweeping along Rosewood Ave needs to be performed before school hours such as it was before (approx. 5:30- 6:00 AM) It shouldn't take a genius to realize: The influx of parked cars during school hours blocks out most of the curb side where trash collects. However, if inefficiency is the goal, then by all means keep sweeping at 12:45 pm.
