You may not have to worry about the weeds at this park much longer as the City has prepared two conceptual plans for greenway improvements in this area and both show the park being demolished in favor of a stormwater pond. If you object to this proposal as I do, please contact Todd Milam, City of Raleigh Greenway Planner, and voice your objections. It's not too late to save it folks!
