The fountain has been checked by our Director of Recreation and Parks, the manufacturer, and our Risk Manager. The highest that any valve or other accoutrement extends above the level of the ground / concrete is 3/8 of an inch, which is well within the tolerances for an interactive fountain and not considered a trip hazard.
