Farmington River Canal Line Trail has a collapsed section of fence at the curve in Hamden near Stop & Shop. It could be a potential hazard for pedestrians. The collapsed fence wood is rotted, and in fact most of the upright fence wood along this area is also badly rotted. This photo shows the left hand section.
