The conditions on Nipper Road between a Creedmoor and Castlereigh contine to worsen with large potholes and cracks. Motorists routinely are driving on the wrong side of the road to avoid the potholes creating dangerous situations on the curved road. With the spring rainy season, the potholes fill with water masking the depth of the holes. Driving through the potholes can lead to damaged tires and rims. We have lived in a neighborhood off of Nipper for 4 years and road continues to deteriorate. When Pleasant Union was repaved, we were hopeful Nipper would be as well but no luck. Please evaluate and consider repaving Nipper Road. Too many near miss situations are happening while traveling this road.
