Description

The shrubs are too far out and block the on-coming traffic to the entrance of 400 South at Windward PKWY. There are two entrances to get onto the 400. The shrubs would be located on my left and I cannot see the traffic coming because of the bushes. We had a NEAR MISS! I've seen cars numerous times pull out when they shouldn't. Please take out some of the bushes so we can see the traffic coming.
