Hello, I have a neighbor whose two dogs bark all the time. They are constantly outside and bark non-stop. The neighbors don’t care because I’m sure the dogs are more annoying in the house, so they keep them outside. This has been going on for weeks.
I have recordings of their dogs going nuts for minutes on end, but there is no place for me to upload this footage.
