Residents are parking commercial vehicles on the street causing congestion. Additionally, resident frequently rides his dirt bike (with other individuals participating with their dirt bikes) out on the road and throughout the yard creating an excessive noise level which is disturbing the neighborhood considerably and creates and unsafe environment for children in the area. Please investigate and have the owners cease these activities. Thank you.
