I might point out that there are other retailers who have similar issues--a cursory examination of Smart N Final might be called for as well. One of the worst places after Walmart is behind EcoThrift. The water front there (which could be a nice walking path, given some attention) is covered with litter and plastic. No bottles, though. Redemption value must be working. But the amount of litter and plastic along the water is off the hook. Please check it out.

See Click Fix is one of the many tools available to the citizens of Vallejo to report non-emergency issues. Since this is private property, the City will seek voluntary compliance (of the violations) from the property owner to fix the violation(s). This process may not yield a quick response, but we do our best to work with the property owner to get the violations corrected. Since this is private property, there is due process involved.
