Description

This corner property is a mess. I picked up a bag of garbage on Hargett St. but ran out of room in bag and couldn't pick up in Bloodworth side. The grass has not been mowed on Bloodwort and the lot inside the fence is full of trash. It's discussing. Why is this allowed?
