Deskripsyon

There are various traffic signs (speed limit, US401 identity signs, warning signs) that are blocked by the trees that are all the way down the right side of the road as you head south into downtown raleigh on Captial blvd. The trees are beautiful, but they are creating a safety hazard by blocking road signs.

If you drive down captial southbound heading into downtown from the beltline you can see it. There are a bunch of signs hidden between the trees. Or maybe thats the point, you cant see them because the trees are blocking them. lol :)
