Descrizione
Owner is a deadbeat landlord that left the property in shambles for the rest of the neighborhood to have the burden of the eyesore that it is. It was supposedly "santized" by the city and condemned how every their is and infestation of pigeons, graffiti, and every window is broken and missing. Why doesn't the owner just sell it to a developer and make some cash?
How do we get this property Act 90'd?

The building is sealed on the first floor. However it's still an Act 90 property because of all the broken windows on the 2nd floor. I had put this into 311 back in November of last year but I'm guessing it was closed as unfounded.
Putting in another 311 ticket.
