According to the Duke Energy Progress outage reporting website, this outage was reported on 7/24/2015. As of 7/27/2015 @ 9:30am it states they are aware of an issue with the light, suggesting it has not been repaired yet. Give Duke until the end of the week to repair (5 business days). If the outage continues at that point the most efficient way to receive an update is to reply to the email sent from Duke. There should be a work order number provided by them to you. If this is not resolved by the end of the week you can re-open this issue in SCF and provide us with the work order number so that we can check with Duke on the status. Thank you.
