Public Works has inspected the location this morning and has confirmed that the developer did not install the sidewalk in accordance with the approved plans. Contact is being made with the developer, and the City will require that they reconstruct the sidewalk according to the approved plans.

No work has been done. The tripping hazard in the photo is exactly the same as nine months ago. Strangely, the concrete curbs meeting the other three corners of the crosswalk were nicely repoured over a month ago, but the reported tripping hazard is exactly the same.

Thank you for updated comments on this issue. The city will notify the private development (Webb Bridge Preserve) of this outstanding item again. In addition, Community Development has been made aware of this matter.

Absolutely delighted to see freshly poured concrete today! Webb Bridge Preserve has now removed this tripping hazard, well before the one year anniversary of this report.
