The "fence" around this yard (really a conglomeration of random aluminum sidding and wooden pallets) is falling down into the alley behind the house. Over the weekend, a part of the fence facing the street fell over and allowed their dangerous, unsocialized dog to escape and bite my wife. The portion of the fencing is now propped up with rebar. The city, in its infinite wisdom, returned the dog to the owners the next day. Please make the homeowners fix the fencing so the dog doesn't escape and kill a pet or a small child.
