Hoping someone at the City can help persuade Duke Energy to fix a streetlight located adjacent to 601 Cutler Street. Pole number is RB871 and it's actually located on W. Lenoir Street. The problem has been reported to Duke Energy three times. Twice I've received confirmation that the light was repaired, however, it continues to cycle on and off all night long.
