I'll second this one. I've meant to bring this up, but haven't gotten around to it. Its usually 3-4 cycles before you can get through on Bethany...usually about 7-8 cars. The other day I watched an older lady turn around multiple times and head back to the island trying to cross Hwy9...she was very slow and the light didn't give her enough time. Someone from the gas station walked out to help her across the road.....
