Home owner responsible for Board & Care Home has home overgrown with weeds, fence in dire need of painting, is a blight to our neighborhood. Surely he has the money to make the home attractive, as he owns 2 homes in our subdivision. Please address this as our Nieghborhhod Watch is sick of his lack of attention to this property!!
