Opis

On the crosswalk across Market St at 425 Market there's about a 1-foot by 1-foot section of concrete that is totally loose. Cars drive over it, and it shifts, and walking over it you can tilt it back and forth.

It's probably just a matter of time until the piece flies up and hits someone.
