Deskripsyon

Observed a handicapped man in a wheelchair not able to use the ramp at the crosswalk S. Saunders St. and Wilmington Street because of the sidewalk gaps. A couple of people helped him at the intersection. The sidewalk needs to be repaired so that someone using a wheelchair can cross the street and not fall into a hole.
