A woman has taken up residence @ the bustop across from Kaiser Hospital. Shopping carts of belongings,& woman sleeping on public sidewalk during the day! Has been there for @ least 3 days now! Is on perimeter of Woodside Tract... Garbage also being stren about railroad tracks that was recently cleaned up! This is totally unacceptable..what comes next? squatters sleeping in our front yards!! Please address!This is not safe for the person .
