The Fire Marshal has evaluated the tree and determined that it in fact is not a fire hazard. Code Enforcement spoke with the home owner on the 8th of June. They stated that they would be working on someone to come remove the tree. A follow up call was made and message left asking for an update.

The City of Alpharetta has resolved this issue.
