There are two projects in the same building. Whiskey Kitchen was completed by Southeastern and is located on the top floor. Southeastern had a sidewalk and lane closure for McDowell and Martin Street. Southeastern has completed their project. Now, Callahan construction has a sidewalk and lane closure on McDowell until the end of August to complete work on Emerge which is the business located on the lower level. All is up to date per code.
