At the intersection of S Tryon and Moss Rd in S. Charlotte there is no U turn sign on S. Tryon, accidents at that intersection of frequent.
Also....if you are going south on S. Tryon and turn left on Moss Rd...about half way down Moss, there is a fence built to the edge of the road, preventing pedestrians from passing without walking in the street. I was under the impression that there is a right of way on all streets that are owned by the city. Is this fence on city property? Both problems are safety issues..........
