Very bad pothole at site of patch, across from 1315 Westbrook Ave. Actually, all of Westbrook Ave. from Brook Rd. to Hermitage Rd. needs upgrading and repaving. Existing patch are two rough. Another area that need attention is Hermitage Road under I-95 overpass between Westwood Avenue and Robin Hood Rd., near the Diamond. Because of the shade of the overpass, a driver cannot see the defects there ahead of time to avoid. Thank you.
