At the corner of Dawson and Morgan streets there is a problem with the traffic signals. The light for Dawson did not turn red when the light for Morgan switched to green (along with the pedestrian crossing light). This means cars were still coming down Dawson Street without stopping while cars and pedestrians were crossing at the green light on Morgan.
