The resident leaves the trash rollout on the curb all week, it must be removed from the curb 24 hours after pick up. Pick up day is thursday. THERE IS A AUTOMOBILE THAT IS ON JACKS IN THE FRONT YARD. THE RESIDENT HAS A SMALL CHILD WHICH PLAYS IN THE FRONT YARD, THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUSE. BOTH ISSUES HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO CHARLOTTE-MECKLENBURG CODE ENFORCEMENT, BUT NOTHING IS DONE.
