A 400 watts spot light on the roof of this USA Gasoline gas station office that is left on 24x7. Since this spot light is positioned at 9 feet above ground, behind the blue panel and shine upward, 2 next door properties tenants cannot open their windows or blinds because of this light intensity and illuminations. Please ask the gas station to remove this light from roof an have it move next to THIER entrance door and shine down ward to the ground. At the current position the spot light shining at next doors neighbors and directly into their windows. Thank you.
