Why are the streets like chapl street college street to ella grasso blvd and ellsworth av whalley to goffe not being plowed properly chapel st only has one clear lane and ellsworth a two way street has only one clear lane and a second lane that could break an axle on a car with its large ruts?????????????

I think the mayors office needs to hear from us all I tried to call public works and they are closed and no longer have a voice mail system to leave a message............shame on them
where is Michael carter chief administrative officer when all these problems occur he is supposed to be the mayors right hand man????????????????? I wonder if he knows how to drive a plow truck???????
