Beschreibung
Need to add speed bump on street portion on 24th street between Linden and Adeline. Why is there street bumps between Market and Linden and none between Linden and Adeline?
People drive carelessly. No one stops at the stop signs (on 24th st. none on linden) and there is a school near the corner of Chestnut and 24th.
