Sidewalk here is raised about an inch and a half partly due to the tree roots growing underneath it I'm sure. Not sure if this is the homeowners responsibility to deal with the tree or the city needs to fix the sidewalk. This is a tripping hazard. This is 270 Tumbling Creek Dr.
