on the corner of Campbell and Phelan a BIG RIG parks on the corner and it blocks the view for oncoming cars. As you know Campbell St is like a mini freeway so this is causing a big problems several cars have almost gotten into a accident. This truck parks there every day after 4pm. Is this a residential neighborhood or a big rig parking neighborhood.???
