You can file your report with them by downloading the Vallejo Police Department application on your phone, filing a claim online (http://www.cityofvallejo.net/city_hall/departments___divisions/police/police_online_services/), by calling the abandoned vehicle hotline (707) 648-4682, or emailing trafficmobile@cityofvallejo.net.
