There is a group of port-a-potties along the road behind the big field at Dix. One of them has fallen or been knocked over and it is profoundly unpleasant to smell. I noticed it from near the STEM High school building across Blair Drive (approx .25 mile). No idea who is responsible for these, but perhaps the city does
