The city is In the process of cleaning out a huge encampment from the other side of the reservoir tank, maybe they are planning on moving in there? Now is the time to deal with it, before they settle in.

The only way to stop this from becoming an ongoing issue is to remove the brush around the trees. Take away the hiding places. I've spoken to the Parks Supervisor and he is excited to do this but doesn't have the funds to dedicate his guys all week. He did suggest that community involvement would help significantly and he would dedicate two people to help clean it. The brush would be collected by them and taken to the dump.

It only takes a few dedicated neighbors to make this work. The park Supervisor said he will get two guys with power tools and trucks.
