My case was closed but neither my car nor my sidewalk as been shoveled. I am requesting again that my 2011 Navy Blue Subaru sedan (625JS6) which is parked in front of my home and my sidewalk be shovel out after the current snow storm. I have an orange snow pusher on my front porch for you to you to help uncover the car, it will make the job much easier. Thank you for your help.

My comment about the snow being manageable was sent yesterday - not today. Today, Friday at 4 p.m., I do need shoveling as my car has an enormous amount of snow on it. The snow got progressively worse since yesterday when I sent the e-mail about the expected downfall being only an inch.
