Deskripsyon

Construction must have damage on the intersection of Academy St and Park Plaza as light would turn Red even though there's no car coming from Park Plaza or the Church. This can lead to backup of traffic from Park Plaza back to Hwy 9. Can someone take a look into this intersection sensor?
