It is a health issue to have all this trash out of the containers. It will only get worse as the weather gets warmer.

thought they were going to move these dumpsters to help the illegal dumping. guess they were just telling the inspectors what they wanted to hear.

The issue continues to get worse all the time as if it likely will not get fixed. The "with love from Jesus" patrons also seem to be dumping things they can not carry or did not want in the first place.

City of Raleigh:Citizens have repeatedly reported the overflowing trash issue and the illegal dumping and it gets cleaned up for 1 or 2 days and then it’s back to being disgusting and overflowing again. No one wants to walk or drive through a trash littered street on a daily basis. Some of the surrounding stores (I know the ABC store) has enclosures for their dumpsters. I realize this isn’t required as stated in your previous reasons why you can’t force the owners to implement the enclosed structure but garbage spilling out and littering a neighborhood is degrading to our city in general. The woods near the dumpsters are filled with newspaper and trash that has blown over there. Multiple pictures on multiple dates from a variety of citizens have been posted to document the issue and yet nothing has been done to resolve this. How many times does this have to be reported before progress is made?? Bottom line: it is disgusting and permanent action needs to take place. I was not aware that blatant littering by companies had become acceptable to the City of Raleigh. PLEASE assist this neighborhood and area by holding the owners accountable and assisting them with realistic solutions to this problem.

We have not heard back from this? What is the resolution. To add, during the soccer games there are spectators that are buying boxed (Styrofoam boxes) and just discarding them in the parking lot and all over the shopping center. Not to mention the used diapers that are further being discarded. Something has got to be done, please help.

Housing & Environmental Inspections has reported there is no violation at this location at this time.

I am sorry, but this issue is not closed. We have an ongoing (weekly) issue with the garbage and trash situation with the tenants at the International grocery store. This is illustrated in the numerous issues reported on this topic as well as the pictures that have been included. The COR appears to be checking in to this issue after the trash service has come by and removed the stores' trash the middle of the week. However, it isn't a non-issue to those of us that live in Renaissance Park and have to deal with the mounds of dumping and garbage on the weekend that then blow into our neighborhood.

I'd like to see an official response and investigation from the COR into this issue before it is closed. Stopping by to see if the trash is there towards the end of the week does not count.

looks like everyone in our community needs to keep complaining until something is done, but maybe it will never be resolved as long as this is a weekend soccer field.

Trash over flowing again, lots of trash blown into wooded area across street. City of Raleigh - please help. One fine to the store owners will fix this, I guarantee it. I received a fine for not trimming my bushes back far enough for the water meter guy to check it, but you can't get these people/ organizations to comply with simple trash ordinances? Please help. Enclosures solve the issue.
