Unfortunately, Norco is not interested in fixing the potholes in the roads. Let me guess this was on 1st between Parkridge and Mountain? I have written the mayor and the governor about the lack of upkeep on our roads to no avail. Good luck. In addition, this website is only for Corona fix it stuff and that stretch of road is in Norco. :). Although they are slated to fix mountain between 1st and second according to the Norco project plan.
