  The homeless encampment is on 29th st between telegraph and MLK. You will see RV’s camped out on both sides

  The campers are going to be your permanent neighbors. The City's policy you to live with it. Our neighborhood has been Zoned as a Sanctuary Area for Encampments. Our encampments on 23rd St/MLK has been there for over 3 years. No matter how much I complain during Block Meetings, all they tell you is to have compassion and respect.

  I do not think our elected officials can override the city's exciting laws. All your neighbors should take them to small claims court. At 10 K a pop they might rethink what they are doing. That is if they are still in office. From what I am see the next crop looks even worse.
