Opis

Every meter reports an "ERR" message whenever I try to park on this block, using my New Haven PARCXMART parking card. Grrr.

Yes, the same card works at meters elsewhere in New Haven.

Hi there. The best way to get some quick resolution to this problem is to call Traffic and Parking directly at (203)946-8075.

If you are having difficulty with several different meters reading your card, then the card itself may be damaged. Bring it to the Transportation, Traffic and Parking Department at 200 Orange St. G3, and we can determine if that is the source of the problem.
