Uncertain why CoV won’t invest in its infrastructure. Some of the dirt roads here were never paved and we deserve to have sidewalks.

That dirt road could be under the jurisdiction of Solano County and not the City of Vallejo. There's certain areas on Benicia Rd that fall under Solano County: ie: Home Acres St. to the Cemetery

Most of the alleys in Vallejo aren’t paved either. Just dirt and gravel

I wasn't aware of that!! Very interesting and what's the reason they haven't been paved? Does anyone know?
