The woman who lives in the corner house on 33rd and Market puts these traffic cones up to save herself a parking spot while she’s at work. It’s a public street not private drive way. Sometimes these “saved” spots are the only spots left at night otherwise I have to park streets away when there’s 2 perfectly good spots next to my house. Please do something about this.
