The "no parking" sign near the stop sign at DuPont Circle and Boylan Avenue has been ripped out of the ground and is letting next to a tree in the park a few feet away. People are parking all the way up to the stop sign making it difficult to pull out as well as turn left onto Boylan when someone is at the stop sign because it makes the street so narrow if cars are also parked on the other side of the street.
