Who is the property owner? Why are citations not being issued? Liens should be put against the property or wages of owner garnished. This property has been a problem for years. Unacceptable!

According to the California Residential Disclosure Report 9/1/16, this gas station is a "Site with Known Environmental Concerns" and is labeled a "@#$%" (Leaking Underground Storage Tank Site). Just imagine how badly those underground gas storage tanks are leaking, spreading carcinogens throughout the area. Once ppl start dying, Vallejo will be sued into oblivion, and that's the end of Vallejo City Hall. Don't say I didn't tell you so. Btw: I'm keeping a screenshot of this comment as proof I warned the City of Vallejo.
