Update:
At the time of investigation on 05/05/2020, the Code Enforcement Officer issued a notice of violation for the property.
A revisit of the property is scheduled.

As of 07/09/2020, this property is still in violation. The lawn has been maintained, but the house still requires repairs. The Code Enforcement Officer has been in contact with the property owner regarding the necessary repairs. Code Enforcement continues to monitor the property as the property owner works to bring the property into compliance.
