Code Enforcement investigated, left notice on property to correct violation. Code Enforcement will follow up to very property was brought into compliance.

Thank you for your quick action. Unfortunately the property is a vacant rental home. The owner lives in Boca Raton, Fl. so unlikely he will get the notice unless it is mailed.

Nothing has been done and property looks worse by the day. The HOA has a legal easement to mow the property, after notice has been given. Not sure why this has not been done.

I agree. Weeds are growing like wildfire. Getting very tall. The Code Enforcement notice by the City of Alpharetta allows for 7 days to correct the problem. That means they would have until tomorrow. I saw a car in the driveway yesterday and the notice has been removed from the door. Hoping the owner will be addressing the problem today or tomorrow.

I thank you very much for your communications and help on this matter. Unfortunately, it saddens me that 'compliance' means the weeds that have spread throughout the entire yard have now been cut down from 1 ft. tall to 6" tall. In a few days we will be right back where we started.
