Trash cans need to be replaced. There are just rusted metal baskets with no bottoms in them. In front of parking deck on Blount and Hargett. When can this street get the nice new cans like Glenwood and Fayetteville

Why would u close this?? The basic need is that the existing trash cans DO NOT HAVE CANS IN THEM. Soo when u put something in them it goes straight to the ground. Ie..see the pic posted with original email.
It there are not big belly trash cans then fine but until then please fix the ones that are there!!!!
